The room has no air conditioning, is opposite the hospital has a lot of noise. The location is not very good but is very close to railway transport.

The room was tidy and the bathroom was a decent size and very clean. Definitely a plus.
Aqua Bullicante is to the south of the city and not very easy to navigate to it first time, especially with the poor public transport in Rome. The room had no air-conditioning and it was hot. It was also located on a busy road and opposite a hospital, so we couldn't open the window/door because of the tremendous noise. It was unbearable.

What we loved best about the place was when we left.
The toilet leaked water, the room was incredibly noisy, the advertised "vogue" room was a complete joke. If it was a cheaply priced room we would understand - but to pay anything like more than 30 euro per night in that hovel is too much. Cupboard space was a joke, and you could not open the windows because the noise was just ridiculous. Also if you could handle the noise - your "terrace" if you could call it that - was easily accessable by not only next door - but all the apartments on that facing wall!! The local serial killer attendant didnt do much except give me an adapter for the room. What about telling us about some attractions? Anything at all? Why stare blankly at us lugging luggage up steep stairs ? I mean come on - if you are running something this bad at least have a decent breakfast - but no - you have to go to this "snack bar" that was ... well words fail me. A totally miserable start to our holiday. Thank goodness we were able to find another hotel which was light years better and spent the holiday there. Really a nasty place to stay -
